uuProxy provides access to proxy server and virtual private network (VPN) services, including but not limited to Socks5, HTTP, and V2Ray protocols. We offer dedicated IP addresses across servers in numerous countries and regions, utilizing infrastructure from providers such as AWS, Azure, and GCP.
3. User Responsibilities and Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to use the Service for:
- Any unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious activity.
- Transmitting any material that constitutes copyright infringement, defamation, or is otherwise illegal.
- Hacking, phishing, spreading malware, or engaging in denial-of-service attacks.
- Activities that violate the terms of service of other websites or networks.
- Any activity that may disrupt, damage, or burden the Service or its infrastructure.
uuProxy reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate your access to the Service, without refund, if we determine, at our sole discretion, that you are in violation of these Acceptable Use terms.
4. Account, Purchase, and Payment Terms
- Pricing: The Service is offered at the rates displayed on the website (e.g., from $0.008/hour with a minimum purchase duration of 2 hours).
- Payment: We accept payments via cryptocurrency, PayPal, and Stripe (credit card). All payments are processed by third-party providers. Your payment is subject to the terms and privacy policies of these providers. For cryptocurrency payments, please note that transaction details are recorded on the public blockchain.
- Account Information: You agree to provide and maintain accurate, current, and complete account information. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials.
5. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at https://www.uuproxy.com/privacy-policy/. Please review it to understand our practices concerning your personal data. Key principles from our Privacy Policy include:
- We do not track or log the data content of your transmissions through our proxy servers.
- We collect minimal personal data (like name and email) necessary for account creation, order processing, and support.
- Service data (e.g., server keys) is deleted immediately upon service expiration or termination at your request.
6. Service Provision and Disclaimer of Warranties
- Availability: While we strive for stability, uuProxy does not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation of the Service. The Service is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.
- No Logging Disclaimer: Our “no tracking” policy is a commitment to user privacy. However, you acknowledge that no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute anonymity.
- Jurisdictional Issues: You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations. Accessing content or services that are geo-restricted may violate other parties’ terms of service.
7. IP Replacement Guarantee for Restricted Regions
We understand that access in highly restrictive regions can be unstable. To ensure service reliability:
- Guarantee: If a V2Ray server IP you are assigned becomes blocked by a regional firewall, we will replace it free of charge.
- Fast Replacement: For IPs blocked within 3 hours of initial assignment, we guarantee to provide a working replacement.
- Standard Replacement: For IPs blocked after 3 hours but within 3 days of order, you are eligible for one free IP change.
- Service Adjustment: When a replacement is provided, your subscription period will be adjusted to account for the downtime of the original IP.
- Note: This guarantee applies specifically to our V2Ray service. Socks5 proxies are provided on a best-effort basis and are not covered under this replacement policy.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, FinChain Limited and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (b) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
