What we don’t collect and don’t store

When you use our products, we will not track the data transmission, and will not keep the relevant keys of the server. When your product expires or you request to stop the service, your product or service will be immediately stopped and deleted.

What personal data do we collect and why do we collect it

When you visit our website, we will track:

Products you have viewed: For example, we will use it to display the products you have seen recently.

When you browse our website, we also use cookies to track the contents of the shopping cart.

When you purchase from us, we will ask you to provide information including your name, billing address, email address, and optional account information (such as username and password).

We will use this information for purposes such as:

  • Respond to your requests, including refunds and complaints
  • Processing payments and preventing fraud
  • Create your account in our store

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Media

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

How long do we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profiles. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

What rights do you have over your data

If you have an account on this site or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

We accept payment methods such as PayPal, Stripe credit card, cryptocurrency, etc.

How we protect your data

We keep your name, email, and order information on our MySQL server, that information is kept under the techniques of internet encryption, and no other parties can access it to see that.

Other information such as license keys is also kept in our MySQL server for you to check and use.

What data breach procedures do we have in place

If our website and server were breached by other parties, we will immediately shut down or close down the server to check the data leaked, and start-up until fixed those bugs and errors.

We may take actions such as to info you to change your password or other account information through your email address.

We do not receive data from other parties currently.

We do not have automated decision-making and profiling with user data currently.
